1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by GLOMASTCO Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "FSOM", "we", "us" or "our") in the field of online marketing, lead generation and related digital marketing services.

2. Services

FSOM provides performance-based online marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Lead generation and qualification
  • PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Landing page creation and optimization
  • Sales funnel development
  • CRM integration and automation
  • Marketing strategy consulting

3. Performance-Based Pricing

Our services are provided on a performance basis, meaning:

  • Clients pay only for qualified leads or sales generated
  • No upfront setup fees unless explicitly agreed upon
  • Pricing is determined individually based on industry, target market, and campaign specifics
  • Payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about their business, products, and target audience
  • Grant necessary access to required platforms and systems
  • Respond to inquiries and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Lead Quality and Verification

FSOM commits to delivering qualified leads according to the criteria agreed upon with the client. Lead qualification criteria are defined in the individual service agreement. The client has the right to verify lead quality and may reject leads that do not meet the agreed criteria within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours).

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property created by FSOM during the provision of services remain the property of FSOM unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a license to use these materials for their business purposes during and after the contract period.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all confidential information received during the business relationship as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

FSOM processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. Details regarding data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Contract Duration and Termination

The contract duration is specified in the individual service agreement. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice according to the terms specified in the service agreement. In case of breach of contract, immediate termination is possible.

10. Liability

FSOM's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and lost profits is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the damage event.

11. Force Majeure

FSOM is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

12. Changes to Terms

FSOM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. The place of jurisdiction is Paphos, Cyprus.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
